Research is a means of human development. Research is passion, dedication, and a lifetime commitment. As medical students, we should have a clear mindset about what we are going to be in the future. We can be involved in teaching-learning activities, clinical practice, or research activities. You have to find your field of interest. My message to you is to try to explore yourself, have your inner interest. Identify research questions, frame them. Mentor-mentee relation is very important. Mentors will facilitate mentees in research activities, Life approach, career development, and even in personal problems. In the long term, it is challenging to maintain and sustain relationships academically as well as professionally. Research mentorship is very important for your career. Choose good mento. As a mentee, you should be a good one, capable one. Mentor and mentee should be smarter than you. Be positive, do not underestimate your ideas. Create bonding, friendship. Listen to others. Try to know, analyze too
