I want to thank NMVS Research Academy for initiating this mentor-mentee program. Research knowledge is minimal among health professionals in developing countries like Nepal. I hope that through this program, many health professionals will have an opportunity to enhance their research skills and make a significant difference in Nepal's health system. Dr Lalita Sah is a lecturer in Public Health at the Faculty of  Health Studies. Her background is in medicine, public health and research.
